BOOKING AND DEPOSITS

A deposit is required to hold your appointment. The deposit is applied to the final cost of your tattoo.

RESCHEDULING AND CANCELLATION

If you need to move your appointment, give us at least 24 hours’ notice and your deposit moves to the new date. Cancellations, or less than 24 hours’ notice, mean the deposit is forfeited — that time was held for you and cannot be filled last minute.

TOUCH-UPS

Touch-ups are available from three months after your session, usually at no charge, and typically run 2 to 4 hours.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

You must be 18 or older and bring valid photo ID. Eat a full meal before your session, be well rested, and do not consume alcohol in the 24 hours beforehand. We may decline to tattoo anyone who appears intoxicated or who does not follow aftercare instructions.

AFTERCARE

Following the aftercare instructions provided is your responsibility. Healing outcomes depend on aftercare, skin type and other factors outside our control.

SMS TERMS OF SERVICE

Program: Jorge Montero Tattoo sends appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, and post-tattoo aftercare follow-up messages to clients who opt in.

Frequency: Message frequency varies, typically 2 to 5 messages per appointment.

Cost: Message and data rates may apply. Jorge Montero Tattoo does not charge for the messages themselves; your carrier’s standard rates apply.

Opt out: Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one confirmation message and no further messages after that.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or service.

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

LIABILITY

Tattooing carries inherent risks including infection and allergic reaction. You accept these risks by proceeding. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service.

GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.
